Selecting\u00c2\u00a0 the right wedding venue is the most important part of the wedding planning process and it isn’t easy. There are so many cool venues in Toronto to select from, whether your’re want a rustic wedding<\/a>, an elegant ballroom wedding<\/a> or an intimate feel of a small restaurant wedding<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We’ve been working as wedding photographers in Toronto<\/a> for over ten years and we are familiar with most of the best, and not so great wedding venues as well. We’ve decide to put tougher this shot\u00c2\u00a0 list of our favorite places to help you in your search for the perfect wedding venue<\/a>. Without further ado here are our picks.<\/p>\n

\nGraydon Hall Manor<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Number one on our list is this amazing historical estate located\u00c2\u00a0 in the hart of Toronto. The main building was built in 1936 and after an extensive renovation in 2000, this venue has been serving as a boutique wedding reception hall in Toronto.<\/p>\n

What we love about this place is the garden. We think it is truly a hidden gem in Toronto. If you are looking for an outdoor garden ceremony this is the place. It is truly magnification place to host a wedding.<\/p>\n

We also love the ambiance and the classical feel of the Manor. This place has a lot of charm and character. There are so many great places to take amazing wedding photos inside and outside.<\/p>\n

The size of the venue lends to smaller weddings. I think this place can accommodate comfortably up to 200 guests.<\/p>\n

Graydon Hall<\/a> is renown for wonderful stuff, incredible food and outstanding service. Every time we come here we can hear guests raving about food, how the stuff is so accommodating and very professional. We have to agree.<\/p>\n

There are only few minor drawback that come to mind. The shape of the venue – it is rather long and narrow so it limits the setup and sitting arrangement at the venue. Since it’s an older venue there are not too many bathrooms.<\/p>\n

Palais Royale<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Number two in our ranking of Top 5 Amazing Wedding Venues In Toronto is Palais Royale<\/a>. This amazing wedding venue is one of the oldest reception halls in Toronto and dates back to 1900’s when it opened as a boat house and a dance hall. Over the years it went through many incarnation and renovation and today it stands as one of the most unique and best wedding venues in Toronto.<\/p>\n

Let’s start with what we like the best about this place and that would be it’s location. Palais Royale is located right on the lake and has a great view on lake Ontario. The view from the patio is to die for especially during warm summer sunsets. It’s an awesome place to take wedding pictures.<\/p>\n

The decor is very Art Deco and you either love it or hate it. There is plenty of clean washrooms downstairs. We can raved about the delicious food, amazing atmosphere, friendly stuff and attention to details. As wedding photographers we can also appreciate an excellent visual setup at this place, which can transform from an elegant event to a nigh-club scene in seconds.<\/p>\n

The only issue we can think of is the parking – it’s a little tricky to get in and out.<\/p>\n

Royal Conservatory of Music<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Number three in our ranking of Top 5 Amazing Wedding Venues In Toronto is Royal Conservatory of Music<\/a>. This is one of the newer spaces available for formal functions and weddings in Toronto. Located in the new addition to the Royal Conservatory.<\/p>\n

It is a very unique place as it combines classical elegance with modern architecture. As a photographers we appreciate floor to ceiling windows that keep the place bright and airy, filling the main hall with soft and natural light. Also this venue is located in the hart of Yorkville which provides a great backdrop to take your amazing wedding photos<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"Royal<\/a><\/p>\n

The Symes<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Number four on our list of Top 5 Amazing Wedding Venues In Toronto is the Symes<\/a>. Here is another newer wedding venue with interesting architecture. We love the exposed brick and open space. Lots of great light and the rooftop terrace makes it great space for out door ceremony or cocktail hour. Plenty of room on the main floor if you want to bring a wedding band.<\/p>\n

\"The<\/a><\/p>\n

It is located in an industrial area so it’s a little tricky to find it but once you get there\u00c2\u00a0 it’s great. We love this up-and-coming area of the Stockyards. We always have great time working there. The team at The Symes shows a high level of professionalism and makes you feel completely at ease.<\/p>\n

Would can recommend this\u00c2\u00a0 venue to anyone looking for a unique wedding venue for their big day.<\/p>\n

Four Season Hotel Yorkville<\/strong><\/h2>\n

 
\nFinally the last but definitely not the least spot on our Top 5 Amazing Wedding Venues In Toronto goes to Four Season hotel in Yorkville. Again we love the location of this amazing hotel right in Toronto’s glamorous Yorkville neighborhood.<\/p>\n
